MANAGING DIRECTOR
Commencing as Evermil’s Managing Director in 2020, Chris has spent 10 years in business subsidiary management, and holds several qualifications including being an Internationally Qualified Welding Inspector and Painting Inspector. Chris has always had a robust interest in developing and executing companies’ business strategies and oversees Evermil’s daily operations, directing all its resources to implement a strategic plan for growth.
GENERAL / PROJECT MANAGER
Joining the Evermil team in early 2022, Scott is a trade-qualified Steel Fabricator and Mechanical Fitter who also holds a Diploma in Project Management. Through his qualifications, extensive training and over 20 years’ of experience working on large construction projects across Australia, Scott provides well-rounded expertise in the areas of construction and project management. In his role as a General/Project Manager, Scott manages all aspects of the job from project delivery, to client liaison, tender preparation, project management, contract administration as well as on-site management.

As the Welding Supervisor and QA Manager, Keith Sperring leads a team of skilled professionals, implementing best practices in welding and quality assurance. His expertise ensures that all projects are executed flawlessly, guaranteeing superior outcomes for the company.

Hayden, Evermil's Welding Supervisor, brings a versatile skill set and extensive experience to the role. With expertise spanning multiple disciplines and a keen focus on safety and quality, Hayden ensures compliance with national and international standards for our operations. His impressive array of certifications, including pressure welding tickets and API inspector credentials, reflects his commitment to excellence. Hayden's achievements also include winning gold at the WorldSkills Sydney Regional competition in Welding and mastering as an International Welding Specialist. Proficient in asset integrity management, and quality management systems, Hayden consistently delivers projects to meet KPIs and contractual agreements. With his comprehensive knowledge and track record of success, Hayden is a key driver of Evermil's welding operations.
Works Supervisor
Shaun Mamo is our Workshop Manager here at Evermil, bringing over two decades of industry experience to the role. With a trade qualification in pressure welding and eight years specialising in pipe fitting, Shaun is well-versed in handling diverse projects for gas plants and oil and gas facilities. His leadership ensures the efficient operation of Evermil's workshop, where his expertise and dedication drive success on every project.

Since joining the Evermil team in 2019, Angela has been the cornerstone of our operations as an Executive Assistant. With diplomas in Human Resource Management and Management, Angela's expertise runs deep. Her extensive background in management makes her an indispensable asset, firmly rooted in the heart of our business. Her responsibilities extend far and wide, encompassing the coordination of various crucial tasks such as tender submissions, safety protocols, recruitment efforts, and system implementations. Angela's unwavering dedication ensures the seamless functioning of Evermil's day-to-day activities. Christine Horan is the backbone of Evermil's financial operations, with over 21 years of dedicated service. Handling accounts, payroll, and day-to-day admin tasks, she ensures everything runs smoothly. She's also the friendly face at our front desk, welcoming clients with warmth and professionalism.
